Founded in 1997, InRoads has worked with over 100 companies ranging from Fortune 500 businesses to internet startups.

The fundamental backbone of our success is our ability to identify, define and implement key processes within our clients’ businesses which then become a solid foundation to support their implementation and initiative objectives. The key to this approach is our ability to quickly "simplify, structure and implement" individual business actions, processes and expertise in an automated manner that can be shared, understood and adopted easily by others.

To ensure that we are able to deliver a consistent and high quality of service our clients, we have continually developed tools and systems that are used by our consultants. However, in talking with clients, friends and family we found that the desire to simplify, capture, structure, share and implement expertise, processes and best practices went well beyond our consulting services business. As a result, we decided to develop and release a consolidated and easy to use offering based on these internal tools we have used for years in our consulting business. This offering is Splurtz.
